Terms & store rules

1. Orders & custom work

Custom orders are accepted only through a Discord ticket so files, notes and media stay in one auditable thread.

• Open a Discord ticket to request custom work; requests sent by DM are not tracked and may be lost.
• You may attach files, a written brief and — when it helps — reference images or video to the ticket.
• Every order is produced at the highest quality and detail level we can deliver, matching the brief you approved.
• We confirm scope, price and delivery time in the ticket before work starts.
• You must read and accept these terms before placing an order.

2. Files you send us

• Files submitted for an edit or a fix must not be corrupted, truncated or incomplete.
• Files must be editable — encrypted or escrow-locked resources cannot be modified.
• You must have the legal right to modify and use any file you send.
• We will decline any file that appears leaked, stolen or resold without permission.

3. FiveM & platform compliance

• All orders and all delivered assets follow the FiveM / Cfx.re asset rules and platform policy.
• We do not create, modify or deliver anything that breaks FiveM rules, Rockstar terms or applicable law.
• We do not work on cheats, exploits, real-money gambling systems or copyright-infringing conversions.
• Requests that conflict with these rules are refused and the ticket is closed.

4. Pricing

• Edits, fixes and small requests start from €20.
• Genuinely tiny jobs may be quoted below €20 at our discretion.
• Post-purchase changes to an Open Source package are normally €20–€30 (for example a logo swap or a texture change).
• Larger or multi-part work is quoted individually inside the ticket before it starts.
• Prices are shown in EUR; taxes are handled by Tebex at checkout.

5. Open Source packages

• Packages marked Open Source carry a visible Open Source badge on the store.
• Their description states that the files are fully open and that the buyer may edit them.
• If you ask for a change after buying an Open Source package, the edit fee is normally €20–€30.
• After any edit, the final file is delivered fully Open Source and still editable.
• Open Source does not mean redistributable — you may not resell or publicly republish our files.

6. Monthly subscription

• The monthly subscription covers products, maps, vehicles, scripts, occasions and event releases as described on the plan.
• Subscription billing is handled by Tebex and renews monthly until cancelled.
• Access to subscription content ends when the subscription lapses.
• Subscription access is for your own server only and is not transferable.

7. Delivery, refunds & support

• Store purchases are delivered instantly by Tebex after payment clears.
• Custom work is delivered in the Discord ticket that the order was created in.
• Because digital assets cannot be returned, refunds are limited to undelivered or provably broken files.
• Report any problem in your ticket and we will fix it or refund it.

8. Licence & conduct

• One purchase licenses one server unless the product page says otherwise.
• Reselling, leaking or sharing our files is prohibited and ends your licence immediately.
• Be respectful in tickets; abusive behaviour ends support.
• We may update these rules; the version number changes and you will be asked to accept again.
