How do I receive my purchase?
After checkout on Tebex, the package is delivered to your FiveM (Cfx.re) account automatically — usually within a couple of minutes. You'll find it in your Keymaster asset list, ready to download.
How do I install an MLO or map?
Every package ships with a step-by-step install guide. In short: upload the folder to your server's resources directory, add an ensure line to your server.cfg, restart. Most installs take under ten minutes.
What's the difference between escrow and open source?
Escrow builds are encrypted and tied to your server license — cheaper, with clean automatic updates. Open source editions are fully unlocked for your developer to modify. See our blog guide for the full breakdown.
Will this conflict with my other maps?
We publish placement details and entity counts on every listing so you can check before buying. If a conflict is ever reported, we fix it or refund you.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled through Tebex according to their terms. If an asset is broken and we can't fix it, you get your money back — simple.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes — Tebex acts as the merchant of record and issues VAT-compliant invoices automatically with every purchase.
Do you take custom commissions?
Occasionally, depending on scope. Ask in our Discord with a description of what you need and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
