Having the repair shop physically separated from the tuning bay completely changed how our workshop roleplay flows. No more tow trucks with smoking wrecks parked right next to pristine show builds. And swapping the logos in the YTD took literally 2 minutes.

Night-time lighting here is unmatched. Most tuner shops look washed out or pitch black under FiveM visual mods, but the ambient glow and floodlights on the show lot make vehicle reflections look straight out of a cinematic trailer.

The car wash right outside the garage bay is such an underrated feature. Mechanics polish the build, roll it through the wash, and pull it directly into the photoshoot spot without leaving the block.
